About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, client-focused Account Manager, Global Payroll to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the trusted partner for our clients, ensuring their global payroll needs are met with precision, efficiency, and exceptional service. You’ll manage client relationships, oversee payroll operations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive client success. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their global payroll needs and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Onboard new clients, guiding them through setup, configuration, and integration of Niural’s payroll platform.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique payroll requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, compliance, and support) to resolve client issues and optimize payroll processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, adhering to global tax regulations and compliance standards.
• Monitor client accounts, track key performance metrics (e.g., payroll accuracy, processing times), and provide regular updates.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experiences and drive adoption of additional platform features.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global payroll regulations, tax laws, and industry trends to advise clients effectively.
• Contribute to process improvements, sharing client feedback to enhance Niural’s platform and services.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in account management, client success, or payroll operations, preferably in a global context.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service in a B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of global payroll processes, including tax compliance, deductions, and reporting requirements.
• Experience with payroll or HR software platforms and integrations with HRIS or accounting systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to track performance and drive client outcomes.
• Familiarity with global payroll regulations and compliance across multiple regions is a plus.
