Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of marketing attribution and performance analysis across all channels and campaigns
- Weekly business review preparation with actionable insights that align with company growth targets
- Deep-dive analysis of HubSpot, GA4, ad platform data, and first-party spreadsheets to track monthly KPIs
- Cross-functional project management using DACI and ICE frameworks to keep the entire team organized and accountable
- Strategic coordination with paid media, creative strategy, email marketing, and social media teams
- Real-time problem solving when data doesn't align or projects fall behind schedule
- Dashboard creation and data visualization that drives executive decision-making
About You
You will thrive in this role if:
- You have 3–5 years of experience analyzing marketing data for B2B SaaS or high-growth companies, ideally with attribution experience.
- You have a track record of managing cross-functional teams, keeping stakeholders organized, on-point, and accountable to deadlines.
- You have native-level English communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with US-based teams.
- You have advanced technical skills in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools to drive actionable insights.
- You take extreme ownership, being fully accountable for project outcomes and team coordination.
- You have a proven ability to earn trust with stakeholders and ensure all team members feel supported.
- You are comfortable diving deep into complex datasets to extract meaningful business insights.
Bonus Points
- Experience with HubSpot CRM, Google Analytics 4, and Facebook/LinkedIn Ads Manager
- Background in marketing automation, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation
- Track record of building reporting processes and attribution models from scratch
- Experience serving in a chief of staff or strategic support role
