About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager, AI who’s excited to shape the next generation of intelligent financial infrastructure. This role is for curious, driven builders who are passionate about the intersection of AI, fintech, and product design and eager to learn from a team redefining how global businesses run.

As a Product Manager, you’ll work closely with product leaders, AI engineers, and designers to define and launch AI-powered features across our platform from intelligent automation in payroll and compliance to smart insights in global payments. You’ll gain hands-on experience in shipping features that drive real impact for thousands of users across 150+ countries.

Responsibilities

• Support the product lifecycle for AI-driven initiatives from research and ideation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to scope and prioritize product features powered by AI.
• Write clear user stories and assist in defining product requirements for machine learning and automation features.
• Help design AI-enhanced workflows across payroll, compliance, and finance operations.
• Analyze product usage data to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, LLMs, and fintech automation and translate them into actionable insights.
• Contribute to internal tools and dashboards that help teams leverage AI more effectively across Niural.
• Support go-to-market and customer success teams in communicating AI feature value to clients.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI/ML, fintech, and product management.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, data workflows, or AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, NLP, automation) is a plus.
• Experience with product, design, or engineering is a plus but not required.
