About the job

We’re on the hunt for a driven, high-agency Talent Acquisition Specialist with a killer instinct for spotting and closing top talent. Someone who outperforms the best recruitment agencies and headhunters in Nepal.

You’ll lead full-cycle hiring across both technical and non-technical roles, working closely with our Country Manager, HR Generalist, and department leads across Product, Engineering, Project Management, and Leadership. Your mission? Build world-class teams that move the business forward—fast.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles—from intake to offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria.
  • Align with HR on hiring plans, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Actively source talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and HR networks.
  • Build and manage strong candidate pipelines.
  • Schedule interviews and ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Provide regular hiring updates and market insights to stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding and HR initiatives with the HR Generalist.

About you

  • You’re detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • You’re self-motivated, resourceful, and take ownership of your work.
  • You align closely with team goals while working independently.

Requirements

  • Experience hiring across multiple functions, including engineering, product, sales, and marketing.
  • You have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or tech recruitment, ideally for U.S. companies or startups.
