You can now view, assign, and manage benefits for EOR employees in Nepal, Ireland, and the UK directly inside the Niural platform. EOR benefits are now part of the same flow you already use to hire.
What EOR benefits management means
An Employer of Record (EOR) lets a company hire and pay someone in a country where it has no legal entity. The EOR becomes the legal employer for payroll, tax, and compliance purposes, while the hiring company directs the day-to-day work.
Benefits are a core part of that arrangement. Employees in each country expect, and in many cases are legally entitled to, locally appropriate coverage.
For each supported country, Niural shows the available plans during onboarding. Each plan is carrier-backed, and you assign it in the same step as the hire.
Why this matters for HR, ops, and finance teams
Fragmentation creates operational drag. HR loses time chasing carrier paperwork across borders. Ops teams lose visibility into what's been assigned and what's still open. Finance loses a clean view of total workforce cost per hire.
Bringing benefits into the EOR flow removes those handoffs. You get a faster assignment, a cleaner record, and one place to review coverage and pay together.
How it works
- Go to Hire, complete the onboarding form, and start onboarding the EOR employee.
- Select the employee's location as Nepal, Ireland, or the UK. The available benefits package for that country appears automatically.
- Review the plan details, including the full Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC), and assign the package as part of onboarding.
Because the SBC is available before enrollment, teams can confirm exactly what each plan covers without leaving the platform or waiting on a broker to send documentation.
Hire and cover your global team in one place. Explore Niural EOR to see benefits management in action.
