You will own the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects end-to-end. This is a full-contributor role. You will be expected to manage your projects, drive decisions, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring all workstreams are tracked, risks are managed, and deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across teams, including Product, Engineering, Design, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Support, ensuring alignment and momentum at every stage.
• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation with clearly defined goals, milestones, and accountability.
• Execute Agile and Scrum methodologies end-to-end  running sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions with discipline and consistency.
• Write clear, detailed user stories and maintain high-quality project documentation that keeps all stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Proactively identify risks and blockers, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues before they impact project outcomes.
• Communicate consistently and transparently with stakeholders at all levels — delivering status updates, escalating critical issues, and managing expectations.
• Manage resource planning and scheduling, ensuring team members are aligned on priorities, workloads, and deliverables.
• Own quality assurance processes, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring all deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria before release.
• Maintain rigorous project records across tools (e.g., Clickup, Jira, Notion, Confluence, or similar platforms), keeping everything current and accessible.
• Continuously evaluate team workflows and processes, proposing and implementing improvements that drive efficiency and operational excellence.
  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in project management or a closely related role within a technology or product-driven environment.
• Solid understanding of project management principles, with the ability to independently apply them to real, complex projects from day one.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects without letting critical details slip.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to drive alignment across engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with the ability to facilitate ceremonies and hold teams accountable to the process.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset: you identify problems early, take initiative to resolve them, and do not wait to be told what to do.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing competing priorities without losing sight of project goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to influence cross-functional teams, build trust, and drive consensus.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Clickup, Jira, Asana, Notion, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
• A growth mindset: you take feedback seriously, continuously improve your craft, and are motivated to grow into a senior PM role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exposure to software development or product teams in a professional setting.
• Any project management certification or coursework (PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent).
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver outcomes independently.
