No Legal or Other Professional Advice

Niural is not a law firm and does not act as your attorney. Content is provided for general informational and operational purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment or other professional advice.

Niural may provide administrative, HR, operational or compliance services as part of the Services. Those services do not create an attorney-client relationship or replace advice from qualified professional advisers.

Your use of the Services may also be governed by Niural’s Customer Terms of Service, product terms, order forms, master services agreements or other written agreements. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits any obligation Niural expressly undertakes in an applicable written agreement. If this Disclaimer conflicts with an applicable agreement, that agreement controls.
