Data Processing Addendum

The Niural Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the applicable Niural Terms of Service and is incorporated into them by reference unless the Client or Contractor has entered into a separate written agreement with Niural that includes or incorporates a superseding data processing addendum. The DPA takes effect without a separate signature. If your organization requires a signed copy for its records or internal compliance purposes, you may complete and sign the applicable DPA and return it to Niural.

To complete a signed copy:

• Download the version that applies to you:
• • Clients: Client DPA
  • Contractors: Contractor DPA
• Enter your organization’s name and address on page 1.
• Sign the DPA in the Signatories section.
• Complete your organization’s contact details in the applicable Contact Details section.
• Send the completed and signed copy to dpo@niural.com

Please do not modify the DPA. Any requested changes should be discussed with Niural separately before execution. For questions or to discuss a negotiated DPA, please contact dpo@niural.com.
