  • Provide timely hiring updates to stakeholders and assist with recruitment reporting.
  • Support onboarding activities and broader HR initiatives.

About You

  • You're self-motivated, resourceful, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • You're a team player who can work independently once given direction.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or an HR-related role.
  • Exposure to hiring across multiple functions, such as engineering, product, sales, or marketing, is a plus.
  • Experience supporting recruitment for U.S.-based companies or startups is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary package designed to reward your expertise and contributions.
  • Access to continuous learning and career advancement programs grow fast alongside the company.
  • Supportive and collaborative work environment where ideas are valued and teamwork is encouraged.
