How to make a complaint

If you need to raise a complaint, the most effective method is to contact us either through the in-app chat or by reaching out to your dedicated Account Manager.

Please clearly indicate that you are lodging a complaint when you contact us. This ensures that your issue follows the appropriate process and allows us to resolve it promptly.
